Replaced a batch-scoring model with a streaming inference layer on Kafka + Flink. Integration challenge: zero-downtime cutover across three legacy core-banking APIs.

90-day outcome: 94% reduction in false-positive chargebacks. P99 inference latency held at 38 ms under 12k events/sec.

Logistics / Route Optimization

Autonomous Dispatch Orchestration Engine

Built a multi-agent scheduler integrating with six fleet management APIs. Failover design required deterministic fallback to human-in-the-loop dispatch under degraded GPS signal.

90-day outcome: 22% fuel cost reduction fleet-wide. System uptime held at 99.97% across a 14-week peak season.

Healthtech / Clinical Automation

HIPAA-Compliant AI Triage Workflow

Architected an NLP triage layer over an existing EHR system. Key constraint: all inference must run on-premises behind the hospital firewall with a full audit trail per encounter.
